Shipping Charges
1. A shipping charge of ₹50 will apply to all prepaid orders up to ₹500.
2. A shipping charge of ₹90 will apply to all cash-on-delivery (COD) orders up to ₹500.
3. Free shipping is available for all prepaid orders above ₹500.
4. A shipping charge of ₹60 will apply to all COD orders above ₹500.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn or unused
In its original packaging
IMPORTANT: Opening Video is Mandatory
You can raise a request for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
In case of any genuine reason (with opening video proof), your request will be accepted. Once approved:
- We will arrange a pickup from your address
- Your refund will be processed after receiving and inspecting the product
- The process usually takes 7 working days from the date of request
Shipping Charges for Exchange/Return
- If we sent the correct product and size but you still wish to exchange, you must bear the shipping charges (charges depend on parcel dimensions).
- In case of return (for correct product/size), ₹150 will be deducted for parcels up to 500g. Charges may vary for heavier items.
Exchanges
To get a different item:
- Place a new order separately after your return is accepted
- Exchange is allowed only once. No further exchange/refund is allowed on exchanged items.
Refund Eligibility
- Prepaid Orders: Will be refunded via bank transfer or original payment method within 10 business days after approval
- COD Orders: Will receive a coupon code worth the same value (valid for 1 year)
- Refund process starts after we inspect the returned product. If more than

Non-Refundable Charges
- Shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
