Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it
Unworn or unused
In its original packaging

IMPORTANT: Opening Video is Mandatory

You can raise a request for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

In case of any genuine reason (with opening video proof), your request will be accepted. Once approved:

We will arrange a pickup from your address
Your refund will be processed after receiving and inspecting the product
The process usually takes 7 working days from the date of request

Shipping Charges for Exchange/Return

If we sent the correct product and size but you still wish to exchange, you must bear the shipping charges (charges depend on parcel dimensions).
In case of return (for correct product/size), ₹150 will be deducted for parcels up to 500g. Charges may vary for heavier items.

Exchanges

To get a different item:

Place a new order separately after your return is accepted
Exchange is allowed only once. No further exchange/refund is allowed on exchanged items.

Refund Eligibility

Prepaid Orders: Will be refunded via bank transfer or original payment method within 10 business days after approval
COD Orders: Will receive a coupon code worth the same value (valid for 1 year)
